You are responsible for reviewing product details, color options, size information, material information, pricing, shipping estimates, and all applicable policies before placing an order.
2. Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to describe and display products accurately. However, photos, colors, texture, shine, pattern placement, and appearance may vary due to lighting, photography, device display settings, production batches, and the natural characteristics of silk and woven fabric.
Minor variations in size, weight, texture, hand-finishing, pattern placement, and packaging are not considered defects unless they materially affect ordinary use of the product.
3. Orders and Acceptance
An order confirmation means we have received your order request. It does not guarantee final acceptance, availability, or shipment. We reserve the right to accept, reject, cancel, limit, or review any order at our discretion.
We may cancel orders because of suspected fraud, payment issues, pricing errors, inventory errors, address problems, shipping restrictions, abuse of promotions, or any other reason that reasonably prevents fulfillment.
4. Pricing and Promotions
Prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Prices, promotions, discounts, product availability, and shipping terms may change without prior notice before an order is placed.
